SALAAM CHINESE - HSK 1-6 Training and Certification

 The HSK exam is the standardized test for Mandarin proficiency, ranging from Level 1 (beginner) to Level 6 (advanced). Each level assesses abilities in listening, reading, and writing, with higher levels requiring a broader vocabulary and deeper understanding of complex texts. 

 HSK Levels 1 & 2 (Beginner):

• Focus: Basic Chinese phrases and simple sentences for daily communication.
• Vocabulary: Approximately 150 words for Level 1 and 300 words for Level 2.

HSK Levels 3 & 4 (Intermediate):

• Focus: Handling everyday conversations and topics related to work, life, and study.
• Vocabulary: Around 600 words for Level 3 and 1,200 words for Level 4.

HSK Levels 5 & 6 (Advanced):

• Focus: Reading newspapers, understanding films and discussing complex topics 
• Vocabulary: Approximately 2,500 words for Level 5 and 5,000 words for Level 6. 

Upon completion of each level, students are encouraged to take the corresponding HSK exam. Successful candidates receive an official certificate, recognized globally as a testament to their Mandarin proficiency.
